License

JET LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Definitions

This license agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into between Jet ("the Product" or "the Software") available on https://jetproject.dev ("the Website"), represented by Karma ("the Author"), whose X profile is https://x.com/karmasakshi, and the user ("the Licensee").

By downloading, accessing or using the Product, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

2.1 Personal License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Jet grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable Personal License to use Jet for creating unlimited apps for use.

2.2 Team License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Jet grants the Licensee and their team a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable Team License to use Jet for creating unlimited apps for use.

3. Restrictions of License

The Licensee shall:

- NOT create derivative works based on parts or the whole of the Product.
- NOT redistribute the Product in its original form, except within the team for development and collaboration on the same apps.
- NOT rent, lease, sublicense or transfer the Product or any rights granted under this Agreement.
- NOT use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Author retains all ownership and intellectual property rights of the Product. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights in the Product.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, shall the Author be liable to the Licensee for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this Agreement or out of the use or inability to use the Product (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any and all other commercial damages or losses), even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
